Reservation Policies
Rates are based on one or two person occupancy. Rates do not include sales tax. Rates may be higher for weekends, holidays and special events. A minimum stay may be required for weekends, holidays and special events.
50% deposit required on all reservations. Balance of payment in full is required upon check-in. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash or Travelers Checks. No refund for early departures. Cancellations are required 14 days in advance (more for holidays and special events.) There is a 15% handling fee on reservations with 14 days notice. Without the 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in info: Check-in for An Island Oasis is at our main office at the Wicker Guesthouse on 913 Duval Street. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m or later by prior arrangement. Check-out time is always 11:00 a.m.
